The Texel is another curly haired breed, their coat should have no rosette's through it and the head being short coated. This breed can also grow a heavy dense coat, so be aware if your guinea's are housed outside in the warmer weather. This breed has a great temperment and are very vocal - which I think make's them a suitable breed for a child's pet.
